Nine named to ACC All-Academic Team

A league best nine Syracuse student-athletes were tabbed to the ACC All-Academic team for men's lacrosse this season.
Brandon Mullins (information management) headlined the list with his third selection to the roster, while Dylan Donahue (environmental engineering), Jordan Evans (supply chain management/finance) and Ben Williams (accounting and finance) each made the team for the second time.
They were joined by Scott Firman (management), Warren Hill (communication), Matt Lane (communication), Evan Molloy (communication) and Jay McDermott (finance).
The academic honors come on the heels of USILA All-America honors for Donahue, Mullins and Williams.
Minimum academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0 grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. Athletic achievements during the most recent season are also considered in selecting the All-ACC Academic Team.
No other school had more than seven representatives.
This is the second academic honor for the Orange in as many weeks, as Donahue was named a USILA Scholar All-American earlier this offseason.
