Tyler Ennis helped Team Canada move a step closer to qualifying for the 2016 Olympics, tallying 12 points and three assists in a 58-55 victory against Senegal. It was the second game of a qualifying tournament hosted in Manilla.
Canada has won both of its games in pool play and advances to one of the semifinals on July 9. The winner of the qualifying tournament earns and automatic berth in the Rio Olympics.
Ennis started every game of his freshman year at Syracuse and then opted for the NBA Draft. He is currently a member of the Milwaukee Bucks.
