Three winners receive all-expenses paid trip to the College Football Playoff National Championship Game
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The college football season is fast approaching, the sounds of tailgates will soon fill cities nationwide once again, and fans are already picking out which attire they'll don to show their true colors all season long. On Sept. 2, the 12th annual College Colors Day celebration will kick it all off as fans unite to show their spirit and pride. Whether you're at the game, watching from home, at your workplace, sounding off on social media, or anywhere else, your fellow fans will know exactly which college colors you represent. Every school will start with the same record, anticipation runs high for a title run, and all college fans will be prepared to literally wear their passion on their sleeve.

On Sept.  2, Orange fans are encouraged to show their camaraderie and support for the 'Cuse to all college football fanatics across the social media landscape when the Orange kicks off the season versus Colgate at the Carrier Dome. On Facebook, fans can add a custom Syracuse frame to their profile picture starting Aug. 22, so be sure to check the school's official athletic page to add your own. Also, sharing imagery and video in Syracuse colors across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram while using the hashtag #CollegeColors could also find fans in some brand new gear for sharing their support, so don't forget to stand up and share which colors you'll be representing all year.

Last year's celebration saw the biggest College Colors Day ever with over 70 athletes, celebrities and musicians joining thousands that showcased their fandom for their alma matesr and favorite schools, and expectations for this year's celebration are even bigger. This year, when you visit CollegeColorsDay.com starting Aug. 1, not only will you be able to create your own shareable, custom avatar, leaving no doubt which school you'll be supporting this season, you can also register to win an all-expenses-paid trip to the pinnacle of college football competition. Three lucky fans from across the country will be awarded the prize of experiencing the College Football Playoff National Championship in Tampa, Fla.
