Syracuse-Miami Set for National Television

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Syracuse's road game at Miami will kick off at 3:30 p.m. from Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday, Oct 21 and be nationally televised on either ABC, ESPN or ESPN2, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced today. The television assignment for the matchup will be determined after this Saturday's games.

Next week's contest marks the first ACC pairing between the Orange and Hurricanes. The former BIG EAST Conference rivals have played 22 times previously with Miami owning a 15-7 lead in the series. Miami won the most recent meeting, emerging with a 17-10 victory against the Orange in 2003, the Hurricanes' last season as a BIG EAST member.

The Orange are 3-3 and coming off a 27-24 conference win versus Pittsburgh. Syracuse hosts No. 2 Clemson this Friday. Tickets for the Clemson game start at $45 are available online (Cuse.com/tickets), by phone (888-DOME-TIX) and at the Carrier Dome Box Office (Gate B).Â

The Hurricanes are ranked 11th in this week's Associated Press poll. Miami is 4-0 overall and 2-0 in ACC play. The Hurricanes topped Florida State 24-20 last weekend and play Georgia Tech at home Saturday.
