4/5/2017 8:33:00 AM | Football
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – For the second year in a row, the Syracuse football program will hold an Alumni Youth Clinic in conjunction with its Spring Showcase. Organized by former wide receiver Donte Davis, the clinic will feature a host of past players, including current pros like Pittsburgh Steelers safety Shamarko Thomas.
Â
The clinic begins at 8:25 a.m. Saturday, April 22 at the Carrier Dome and precedes Syracuse's Spring Showcase, which is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. The clinic is free for kids ages 7-12. Only 250 spots are available, so click here to reserve your place today.
Â
Participants will rotate through several skills stations and should wear a T-shirt, shorts and athletic footwear.
Â
The 2017 Syracuse Football Spring Showcase, brought to you in part by Falso Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, is the culmination of the Orange's spring practice season. It will include a live scrimmage, autograph session and the popular Select-A-Seat program.
Â
Beginning at 9 a.m., fans will have the opportunity to walk the Dome and choose the best available seat locations for 2017 season tickets. A sampling of available seats will be marked in each section and members of the Carrier Dome Box Office staff will be on hand to assist with the selection process and answer any questions.
Â
Season and group tickets for 2017 Orange football are on sale now online and at the Carrier Dome Box Office (888-DOME-TIX). Season tickets start at $125, a savings of more than 15 percent compared to single-game prices. Tickets for groups of 15 or more start at $20 per ticket.
Â
The 2017 season kicks off Friday, Sept. 1 at the Dome against Central Connecticut State. The schedule features seven home dates, including ACC games against Pittsburgh, Clemson, Wake Forest and Boston College.
