Weekend series set with Seminoles
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Following a two-game sweep of in-state foe Binghamton, Syracuse (19-12, 3-6 ACC) welcomes the nation's top team in Florida State (35-1-1, 15-0 ACC) for a three-game series at Skytop Softball Stadium.
Saturday's game will be streamed live on ACC Network Extra, while live audio will be provided by Cuse TV for Sunday's games. Live stats will be available for all three contests and links for live broadcasts can be found below.
The Orange trail the Seminoles in the all-time series, 2-13-0, as FSU claimed the nine most recent meetings dating back to 2005. The Orange beat the Seminoles in back-to-back matchups in 2005.
The Seminoles are 35-1-1 on the year and hold an undefeated 15-0 record in league play. Florida State began the season with a 10-0 win streak before falling short to Texas A&M, 2-0, for its only loss of the season. FSU went on to tie Michigan, 5-5, in the same tournament and has been undefeated ever since.
This weekend marks the first that the Seminoles will make the trek to Syracuse to play at Skytop Softball Stadium.
