TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Syracuse plays its second consecutive road game against a ranked opponent when it travels to No. 23/rv Florida State on Saturday, Jan. 13. Tip-off in the Donald Tucker Center is scheduled for 2 p.m.

The game will be televised on ACC Network and on the Watch ESPN app. Fans can also listen to the live broadcast on the Syracuse IMG Radio Network.

For Starters
- The Orange are coming off a seven-point loss to No. 3/3 Virginia on Tuesday and sit at 12-5 overall and 1-3 in ACC play. Syracuse has its third chance of the season to knock off a nationally-ranked opponent.

- Junior Frank Howard scored 18 points in the setback to the Cavaliers. Freshman Oshae Brissett added 16 points and sophomore Tyus Battle finished with 12 points. The trio have combined to score 848-of-1,181 (71.8 percent) Syracuse points this season.

- 68 points on the offensive end has been the magic number for the Orange this year. Syracuse is a perfect 11-0 this season when reaching 68.

- The Orange hold a 7-2 all-time advantage in the series with the Seminoles. Syracuse has won four of the last five matchups, including an 82-72 victory in the Carrier Dome last year.

Scouting the Seminoles
- Florida State enters the matchup with a 12-4 overall record and a 1-3 standing in conference play. Like the Orange, the Seminoles have lost three of their last four matchups, with the lone win coming on their home court against North Carolina. Florida State most recently dropped a 73-69 outing versus Louisville.

- Terance Mann leads the Seminoles with 15.1 points per game and 6.2 rebounds per contest. Braian Angola and Phil Cofer also average double-digit scoring with 13.6 and 13.0 points per outing, respectively. Trent Forrest has a team-high 59 assists and Ike Obiagu has a team-leading 39 blocks.

- Leonard Hamilton is in his 16^th year as head coach of Florida State. A 2009 and 2012 ACC Coach of the Year, Hamilton is the Seminoles' all-time winningest coach and the eighth winningest coach in ACC history.
