COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Syracuse goes for its second straight win against 16th-ranked and unbeaten Ohio State on Wednesday, Nov. 28. The game, which tips off at 7:15 p.m., is part of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.

The game will be televised on ESPN2 and will be available on the Watch ESPN app. Fans can also listen to the live broadcast on the Syracuse IMG Radio Network.

ORANGE UPDATE
Syracuse (3-2) has had a week off since snapping its two-game losing streak with a 77-56 victory against Colgate on Nov. 21. Junior Tyus Battle was 8-for-10 from the field, including 3-for-3 from 3-point range, on his way to a game-high 24 points. Redshirt sophomore Elijah Hughes and sophomore Oshae Brissett scored 17 points apiece, while sophomore Bourama Sidibe posted his second career double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.

'CUSE IN THE ACC/BIG TEN CHALLENGE
The Orange will take part in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge for the sixth time. Syracuse has an all-time record of 2-3 in the event. Last season, the Orange welcomed Maryland to the Carrier Dome. Tyus Battle hit a 3-pointer with 59 seconds remaining to pull Syracuse in front as it held on for a 72-70 victory. Battle led a group of four Orange to reach double figures in scoring with 18 points.

SCOUTING THE BUCKEYES
Ohio State defeated Cleveland State on Friday to improve its record to 6-0 this season. The Buckeyes are ranked No. 16 in both the AP and coaches polls.

Sophomore Kaleb Wesson leads Ohio State in scoring and rebounding. He is averaging 14.7 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. Wesson also has a team-high eight steals. Junior C.J. Jackson also averages double digits in scoring, contributing 12.7 points per contest.

Chris Holtmann is in second season at the helm of the Ohio State program after leading the Butler program for three seasons. Holtmann was voted the Big Ten Coach of the Year after guiding the Buckeyes to a 25-9 overall record and a second-place finish in the Big Ten regular-season standings in 2017-18.

SERIES HISTORY
Wednesday's game marks the eighth all-time meeting between Syracuse and Ohio State. The Buckeyes hold a 5-2 advantage in the series. The teams last met in the Elite Eight in the 2012 NCAA Tournament in Boston, Mass. The Orange were the No. 1 seed in the East region, while the Buckeyes were the No. 2 seed. The game was tied at halftime, but Ohio State opened the second half with a 17-7 scoring run. Syracuse fought back and got within one at 52-51, but the Buckeyes built a five-point advantage heading into the final minute and held on for a 77-70 victory.
