SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse is back in action in the Carrier Dome when it hosts Morehead State on Saturday, Nov. 10. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. The game will be Syracuse's second in the 2K Empire Classic.

ORANGE UPDATE
Syracuse won its home opener on Tuesday night against Eastern Washington, 66-34. Oshae Brissett led the team with 20 points on 8-for-14 shooting. He also grabbed eight rebounds and three steals. Eastern Washington's 34 points are the fewest recorded in the Carrier Dome by an Orange opponent.

'Cuse is ranked No. 16 in the Associated Press poll and No. 14 in the USA Today/Coaches poll.

SCOUTING THE EAGLES
Morehead State opened the season on Thursday with an 80-70 loss at Connecticut in its first game of the 2K Empire Classic. Five Eagles reached double figures in scoring. Lamontray Harris led the way with 16 points and 13 rebounds. He was 6-for-8 from the field, including 1-for-1 from 3-point range, and 3-for-4 from the free throw line. Malek Green had 14 points against the Huskies and recorded three blocks.

SERIES HISTORY
Saturday's game will be the third meeting between Syracuse and Morehead State. The Orange have won the previous two contests between the two schools.

ON THE ORANGE HORIZON
Syracuse will finish the 2K Empire Classic at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The first game is against Connecticut on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m. The second game will be against Iowa or Oregon on Friday, Nov. 16 at either 4:30 or 6:30 p.m.
