SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse hosts the defending national champion, No. 10/10 North Carolina, on Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. in the Carrier Dome. Tickets can be purchased online at Cuse.com, by phone at 1-888-DOMETIX or at Gate B at the Carrier Dome.

The game will be televised on ESPN and on the Watch ESPN app. Fans can also listen to the live broadcast on the Syracuse IMG Radio Network.

For Starters
- Junior Frank Howard posted 18 points and six assists to lead Syracuse to a 62-55 victory at Miami on Saturday. Freshman Oshae Brissett finished with 16 points and 12 rebounds for his 10th double-double on the year.

- Brissett was selected as the ACC Co-Rookie of the Week with Virginia's DeAndre Hunter. Brissett averaged 20.5 points per game with 9.5 rebounds while shooting .556 from the field in a pair of games against NC State and Miami.

- Sophomore Tyus Battle, Howard and Brissett ranks first, fourth and ninth nationally, respectively, in minutes per game. Battle has recorded 40 minutes in eight-straight contests.

- North Carolina holds a 9-4 lead in the all-time series. The Orange look to snap their five-game losing streak to the Tar Heels.

Scouting the Tar Heels
- North Carolina enters Wednesday night's matchup with a 21-7 overall record and a 10-5 mark in conference play. The Tar Heels have won five-straight games over Pittsburgh, Duke, NC State, Notre Dame and Louisville.

- Luke Maye averages a double-double with 18.4 points per contest and 10.5 boards. Joel Berry II scores 17.7 a night, Cameron Johnson adds 13.1 and Kenny Williams contributes 11.5. Theo Pinson leads North Carolina with 126 assists.

- Roy Williams is in his 14th season as head coach of the Tar Heels. He led North Carolina to its third national championship under his guidance with a 71-65 win over Gonzaga last season.
