SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse celebrates senior day against No. 18/18 Clemson in the regular season finale for both sides on Saturday, Mar. 3. Tip-off in the Carrier Dome is scheduled for 2 p.m. Tickets for all Orange home games are available online at Cuse.com, by phone at 1-888-DOMETIX or in person at Gate B at the Carrier Dome.
The game will be televised on ACC Network and on the Watch ESPN app. The game will be aired on WSTM in the Central New York area. Find your local affiliate on the ACC Network Affiliate Page. Fans can also listen to the live broadcast on the Syracuse IMG Radio Network.
Syracuse will honor Braedon Bayer and Patrick Herlihy in a pregame ceremonies. Each will be suiting up for their final regular-season games with the Orange.
Former Orange standout Lawrence Moten will join a group of 11 other Syracuse players who have had their jerseys retired. Moten's ceremony is scheduled for halftime. Moten remains the most prolific scorer in Syracuse basketball history. He tallied 2,334 points in 121 games with the Orange, competing for four years between 1991-92 and 1994-95. He topped the team in scoring three times.
For Starters
- Syracuse dropped to 18-12 on the year and 7-10 in the ACC after an 85-70 loss to Boston College Wednesday night. Sophomore Tyus Battle led the Orange with 29 points.
- Battle enters Saturday's game 11 points away from reaching 1,000 career points at Syracuse. He leads the Orange and ranks third in the ACC with 20.1 points per game this season.
- The Orange rank eighth nationally in field goal percentage defense (.396) and 11th in blocks (165). Junior Paschal Chukwu ranks second in the ACC and 14th nationally with 2.6 blocks per contest.
- Battle (38:50) and junior Frank Howard (38:20) rank first and second nationally in minutes per game. Freshman Oshae Brissett is tied for eighth with 37:56 minutes per contest.
- The Tigers lead the all-time series over Syracuse 4-2. Battle hit a 3-pointer as time expired to give the Orange an 82-81 win in last year's meeting.
Scouting the Tigers
- Clemson comes to the Carrier Dome with a 22-7 overall record and an 11-6 mark in conference play. The Tigers are riding a two-game winning streak after a pair of home victories over Georgia Tech and Florida State.
- Marcquise Reed (16.2 ppg.), Gabe DeVoe (13.3 ppg), Shelton Mitchell (11.9 ppg.) and Elijah Thomas (10.5 ppg.) average double-digit scoring for the Clemson. Reed has a team-high 102 assists and Thomas grabs a team-best 7.9 boards per outing.
- Brad Brownell is in his eighth season as head coach of the Tigers. He took Clemson to the NCAA tournament in the 2010-11 season in addition to two NIT appearances.

The Orange will head to Brooklyn, N.Y. to compete in the ACC Tournament at the Barclay's Center starting Tuesday, Mar. 6.
