Orange Earn Seventh Seed in ACC Tournament

CARY, N.C. – The Atlantic Coast Conference tournament field is set and the Orange will have a first-round bye as the team earned the seventh-seed in the 15-team tournament, the league announced. Syracuse will play the winner of #10 Boston College/#15 Pittsburgh at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 26 at Cary Tennis Park.
Syracuse finished the season with an 8-6 record in conference play with five ACC wins over top-50 opponents, including the biggest win in program history over No. 3 Georgia Tech. The Orange are coming off a 4-3 victory over No. 33 NC State in the regular season finale.
The winner of the Syracuse match will advance to face second-seeded Georgia Tech on Friday at 11:30 a.m. All ACC Tournament games will air on ACC Network Extra with live coverage occurring from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. throughout the week.
The entirety of the tournament will take place at Cary Tennis Park and tickets are available on the ACC website.
