ORANGE UPDATE
Syracuse (4-1, 0-1) extended its winning streak to four with a 97-46 victory against Bucknell on Saturday. The Orange's 97 points were the most this season and highest total since a 99-point showing against Boston University in 2016.

Sophomore Buddy Boeheim led the way with a career-high 22 points. He was 4-for-4 from behind the arc in the second half, giving him a personal-best six 3-pointers in the game. Elijah Hughes, Joseph Girard III and Jesse Edwards also reached double figures in points.

'CUSE IN THE BARCLAYS CENTER
The Orange return to the Barclays Center for the first time since the 2018 ACC Tournament. Syracuse has played four games in the facility, including one regular-season game. Overall, the 'Cuse has a 1-3 record in the Barclays Center.

SCOUTING THE COWBOYS
Oklahoma State is one of 39 Division I teams that remain undefeated as it has started the season with five consecutive wins. The Cowboys are coming off a 70-63 victory against Western Michigan in Stillwater last Friday.

Three players are averaging double figures in scoring for Oklahoma State. That group includes Lindy Waters III (13.0 ppg.), Isaac Likekele (12.2 ppg.) and Yor Anei (11.4 ppg.). Anei leads the squad in rebounding (7.2 rpg.) and blocks (17), while Likekele has dished out a team-high 23 assists.

Mike Boynton Jr. is in his third season at the helm of the Cowboys' program. He guided Oklahoma State to the third round of the NIT in his first season. Boynton served as an assistant coach for OSU prior to being named head coach in 2017.

THE SERIES
Wednesday's game marks the sixth meeting between the two schools. Oklahoma State has won two in a row against the Orange and owns a 3-2 lead in the series. The squads last met in the Jimmy V Classic at Madison Square Garden in December 2006. Demetris Nichols scored 26 points in a 72-68 setback to the Cowboys.
