Orange Ranked #30 in Final Oracle/ITA Team Poll

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Syracuse is a tennis school.
The Orange moved up to No. 30 in the final Oracle/Intercollegiate Tennis Association poll of the season, which was released Wednesday, May 22. Syracuse appeared in all 16 editions of the team rankings this season, rising to a program-best No. 10 in the nation on Jan. 30.
Head coach Younes Limam, the Wilson/ITA Coach of the Year for the Northeast region, led the Orange to yet another historic season. Under his watch, Syracuse landed in the top 10 of the Oracle/ITA poll for the first time in program history.
Syracuse advanced to the ITA National Team Indoor Championship for the first time in school history in addition to punching its ticket to the NCAA Tournament for the third time in four seasons.
Senior Gabriela Knutson and junior Miranda Ramirez garnered All-ACC honors, marking the first time that the Orange had two all-conference honorees in the same season since joining the Atlantic Coast Conference. Knutson, meanwhile, notched All-America status in singles for the second year in a row and was named the ITA Senior Player of the Year for the Northeast region.
