
Corasaniti Returns To 'Cuse Hoop Staff

Peter Corasaniti '14, a former graduate assistant and student head manager at Syracuse, has been named director of men's basketball operations at his alma mater, according to head coach Jim Boeheim.

His responsibilities at Syracuse will include managing the operation of the men's basketball office, assisting with the coordination of team travel, serving as the liaison with department support services, assist in the management of Syracuse basketball camps and clinics, and coordinate recruiting visits.

As a student at Syracuse, Corasaniti, earned a bachelor's degree in sport management, along with a minor in coaching, in 2014. He remained at Syracuse and earned a master's degree in new media management in 2016.

He was a student manager for four years and a graduate assistant for two seasons at Syracuse. The program advanced to the NCAA Final Four twice during his tenure, in 2013 and 2016.

While a member of the Binghamton staff, Corasaniti oversaw the daily operation of the basketball office. He assisted with team travel logistics, performed as the video coordinator, assisted in all aspects of recruiting, and was a liaison between the basketball program and academic, compliance, equipment, event management, facility, and sports information personnel. Corasaniti planned and coordinated community relations and assisted with the Tommy Dempsey Summer Basketball Camp.

Corasaniti's wife, Ashley, is a former office coordinator for the men's basketball program at Syracuse.
