
Duo Earns All-ACC Academic Team Honors

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Syracuse senior Massimo Ferrin and sophomore Hilli Goldhar have been recognized for their work on the pitch and in the classroom. The duo was selected to the All-ACC Men's Soccer Academic Team, which was announced on Tuesday, Jan. 28.

Ferrin earns the honor for the second consecutive year. His nine assists led the team and ranked 10th in the nation, while his 0.45 assists per game was 23rd in the final Division I statistics. Ferrin was also second on the team in points with 37 and had career highs in every statistical category. He is majoring in communications and rhetorical studies.

Goldhar is enrolled in the Martin J. Whitman School of Management and is receiving the honor for the first time. On the pitch he was third on the team in assists with a career-high six and tied for fifth on the team in points with eight.
Ferrin and Goldhar helped the Orange to an 8-7-5 record the second round of both the ACC and NCAA Tournaments.
