Syracuse, N.Y.- Entering his 15th season at the helm of the Syracuse women's basketball program, Quentin Hillsman is at the top of his game. He has guided the Orange to 12 postseason appearances, seven-straight NCAA Tournaments, and signed back-to-back top-15 recruiting classes the last two years. It is no surprise that Hillsman is one of Silver Wave Media's 100 Influential People in Women's College Basketball.
Hillsman holds a 304-160 record averaging over 21 wins per season with just one losing season, his first, during his tenure. In 2016, he led the Orange to the first NCAA Final Four in program history where they finished as national finalists with a 30-8 record.
'Cuse has had five players earn All-America accolades under his guidance and 18 all-conference selections including three-straight seasons with an All-ACC First Team honoree.
Hillsman is one of six Atlantic Coast Conference coaches on the list and is joined by Louisville's Jeff Walz, Florida State's Sue Semrau, NC State's Wes Moore, and first-year head coaches Niele Ivey (Notre Dame) and Kara Lawson (Duke).
