Kanapatskaya Super Regional Run Ends in Semis

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Syracuse sophomore Viktoriya Kanapatskaya's ITA Northeast Super Regionals run came to an end on Sunday morning as she lost to Princeton's Victoria Hu, 6-2, 6-1. Hu is the top seed in the singles bracket.
Kanapatskaya's semifinals run was her deepest in any tournament this fall. Hu will face her Princeton teammate, Daria Frayman, in the final.Â
The Orange will conclude their fall season with the Buffalo Invitational against northeast regional foes from Nov. 5-7.Â
