Another Player Of The Year Watch List For Buddy

Syracuse senior Buddy Boeheim is one of 50 players named to the 2022 Jersey Mike's Naismith Trophy Watch List announced on Nov. 8.
Boeheim, a 6-6 guard, is also on watch list's for the 2022 NABC Division I Player of the Year and the 2022 Jerry West Shooting Guard Award.
He was named to the ACC Preseason All-Conference First Team in October. He is Syracuse's top returning scorer from the 2021-22 club that finished 18-10 and advanced to the NCAA Tournament's Sweet 16. A career 1,000-point scorer, Boeheim has been a starter for the past two years.
The 2022 Jersey Mike's Naismith Trophy will be presented during the week of the 2022 Final Four in New Orleans. Iowa's Luka Garza captured the award last season.
