
Orange Welcome Eagles Thursday Night

SYRACUSE, N.Y.—The Syracuse women's basketball team (11-6) will play their first home game since Feb. 4 on Thursday night when the Orange (8-6 ACC) host Boston College at 8 p.m. Fans can watch the game on ACC Network with LaChina Robinson and Pam Ward on the call.
The Eagles (6-10, 2-10 ACC) returned from its second COVID-19 pause of the season on Feb. 16 and has gone 1-2 in their three games since, most recently upsetting Georgia Tech 49-43 on the road.
Syracuse is coming off a 76-68 road loss at Virginia Tech on Feb. 21. The Orange are 8-6 in the ACC and currently in fourth place in the league entering the final two games of the regular season.
Tiana Mangakahia and Kamilla Cardoso combined for 36 points against the Hokies on Sunday. Mangakahia (11.3 ppg) and Kiara Lewis (13.6 ppg) combine for one of the best backcourts in the country while Cardoso (15.4) leads the team in scoring and is atop the ACC in field goal percentage, blocks per game and offensive rebounds per game.
Taylor Soule (16.2 ppg) leads the Eagles in scoring with Makayla Dickens (12.1 ppg) and Cameron Swartz (12.1 ppg) also contributing double digits in scoring.
Syracuse completes the regular season Sunday, Feb. 28 at home against #2 NC State (Noon, ACC Network).
