ATLANTA -- The Orange hit the road for the last time in the regular season on Saturday afternoon to take on Georgia Tech. Tip off from McCamish Pavilion is scheduled for noon.
The game will be televised on ACC Network and ACC Network Extra. Matt Park and Jim Satalin will call all the action on the Syracuse Sports Network from Learfield IMG College, including TK99/105 locally.
ORANGE UPDATE
Syracuse (13-7, 7-6) had its three-game winning streak snapped at Duke on Monday night in an 85-71 loss. Buddy Boeheim led the Orange with 21 points, his second-straight 20+ point performance. Kadary Richmond chipped in 15 points, one shy of his career-high, while Marek Dolezaj (13 points) and Alan Griffin (11 points) each scored in double-figures.
Boeheim's performance on Monday continued an excellent month for the junior guard. Across five games in February, Boeheim has averaged 17.4 points, 2.4 assists, and 3.4 3-point field goals per contest. Additionally, he now leads the ACC in 3-point field goals per game (2.53) and ranks second in 3-point field goal percentage (.355).
BLOCK PARTY
The Orange have swatted away 97 shots on the season, more than any other team in the ACC. Syracuse also blocks the second-most shots per game (4.8) in the conference, trailing only Florida State (5.1). Additionally, Alan Griffin (1.65) and Quincy Guerrier (1.20) own block averages that rank sixth and ninth in the ACC, respectively.
SCOUTING THE YELLOW JACKETS
Georgia Tech (12-8, 8-6) took down #16/15 Virginia Tech on Tuesday night in Blacksburg by a score of 69-53. The victory was the third in-a-row for the Ramblin' Wreck and improved their record to 12-8 overall and 8-6 in league play.
Senior forward Moses Wright leads the Yellow Jackets in points (16.8), rebounds (7.7), and blocks (1.7) per game. The Raleigh, N.C. native has tallied a double-double in each of his past two contests. Senior guard Jose Alvarado dishes out a team-best 4.1 assists per game. He also owns the best free throw percentage in the conference (.864) and leads the ACC with 2.9 steals per game, a mark that ranks fourth in the nation.
Josh Pastner is in his fifth year as head coach at Georgia Tech. The Glen Dale, W.V. native owns a 77-75 record during his time in Atlanta.

Syracuse owns a 7-6 advantage in the all-time series against Georgia Tech. The Orange swept the season series against the Ramblin' Wreck last year, winning 97-63 in Atlanta and 79-72 in Syracuse.
