Top-Four Battle Set in Durham Thursday

'Cuse moves up to No. 4 this week
Thursday night's prime-time battle in Durham will be a top-four matchup, as Syracuse rose to No. 4 in the USILA poll, while unbeaten Duke dropped one spot to No. 2.
North Carolina moved up one spot to No. 1 (383 pts) barely edging the Blue Devils (382 pts) in this week's poll for the No. 1 ranking. Maryland (375 pts) sits ahead of the Orange (313 pts), followed by Rutgers (297) to round out the top-five.
Syracuse has or will play games against nine ranked opponents this season, including seven vs. the top-10. The entire ACC ranks in the top-nine, with Notre Dame (No. 6) and Virginia (No. 9) behind the three ACC squads in the top-five. Albany (No. 19) and Vermont (No. 16) are the other 'Cuse foes in the polls.
The top-five remains the same in the Inside Lacrosse media poll as well this week, which mirrors the USILA poll.
'Cuse and Duke square off at 7 p.m. on ACC Network on Thursday night.
