'Cuse returns home for Orange Out against Notre Dame on Saturday
After suffering their first loss of the season on Saturday at No. 5 Clemson, the Syracuse football team fell two spots in both polls to No. 16.
The Orange remain one-of-five ACC teams ranked in both the AP Poll and USA Today/AFCA Coaches Polls.
'Cuse hosts Notre Dame on Saturday at Noon in a game set to be televised on ABC. Fans are encouraged to wear Orange for an Orange Out of the JMA Wireless Dome. Tickets are still available at Cuse.com/Tickets.
Syracuse is having a strong fall sports season across the board, with the football team's ranking making them one of five ranked programs at Syracuse, the most concurrently ranked fall sports teams in school history. In addition to football, men's soccer (No. 4), field hockey (No. 12), women's cross country (No. 15) and men's cross country (No. 16) are all represented in their respective polls.
