Syracuse (8-7-2, 1-6-2) returns home to the SU Soccer Stadium to take on North Carolina State (7-7-4, 2-6-1) on Thursday, Oct. 27 at 7:00 p.m. This is the final match of the regular season for the Orange.

NC State has a 4-2-0 advantage in the all-time series with Syracuse. Syracuse captured a 2-1 overtime win when the two programs first met on Oct. 20, 2013.

The Wolfpack emerged victorious in the most recent match, winning the 2021 encounter 3-0.Â
Syracuse Status:
The Orange have returned home from a challenging road trip that included back-to-back 2-0 losses at #20 Pittsburgh and Virginia Tech. For graduate students Chelsea Domond, Blue Ellis and Jenna Tivnan, and senior Michaela Walsh, this match will be their final regular-season game. Another senior, Florence Vaillancourt, has another year of eligibility remaining.
Domond (5 goals) and redshirt freshman Erin Flurey (4 goals) are Syracuse's leading goal scorers.Â

NC State is 0-4-1 in its last five outings. Three of those contests were against teams ranked in the top 10. The Wolfpack were most recently defeated at #8 Virginia, 4-0, on Oct. 23.Â
Junior goalkeeper Maria Echezarreta has logged every minute in goal for the Wolfpack this season. She has a 1.61 goals-against-average and a .694 save percentage.Â
Graduate student Lulu Guttenberger, a defender, has started all 93 games in her Wolfpack Career, setting a new NC State record for most career starts.Â
