"Kirsten has tremendous experience and a track record of success in her career," said Director of Athletics John Wildhack. Â
At Syracuse, Elleby will serve as the liaison to the University's Title IX Office, represent Syracuse Athletics with her fellow ACC Senior Woman Administrators, and have specific sport oversight responsibilities, including women's basketball and additional sports to be determined.
Â
"I am honored and humbled to be joining Syracuse University Athletics," Elleby said. "I'd like to thank John Wildhack and his leadership team for entrusting me with this opportunity to join the Orange. I look forward to working collaboratively with the coaches, staff and administrators to create an environment where our student-athletes will reach their highest potential and have the best experience possible. I am focused on bringing my experiences with me to make a positive impact and serve the student-athletes at the highest level. I am thankful for my amazing mentors, colleagues, coaches and student-athletes who have allowed me to be a part of their story so far and am excited to bring on the next chapter. Go Orange!"
