NEWTON, MASS. - Syracuse and Boston College played to a 1-1 draw in the regular season finale Friday night.

Both teams scored their respective goals in the first half. Senior Lorenzo Boselli netted his sixth goal of the season for 'Cuse.

The Orange outshot the Eagles, 12-7, while the home team held a 5-3 advantage in corner kicks.

HOW IT HAPPENED:Â
'Cuse got on the board quickly, finding the back of the net in the fifth minute.
Â
Senior Jeorgio Kocevski intercepted a Boston College clear, heading the ball up to Boselli, who dribbled down the field and sent the ball past goalkeeper Brennan Klein at 4:45.

Xavier O'Neil leveled the match at one nearly 30 minutes later. O'Neill received the pass from Drew Serafino to the middle of the field, sending the ball into the bottom left side of the net.

Syracuse's defense held Boston College to just one shot attempt over the final 45 minutes of play.

- Kocevski recorded his tenth assist of the season on Boselli's goal, the most assists in a season by an Orange player since Julien Buescher recorded 11 in 2015.
- Boselli's goal was the seventh of the season Syracuse has scored in the first 13 minutes of a match. Boselli has four of the seven.
- Six members of the Orange appeared in the full time: Josh Belluz, Kocevski, Gabriel Mikina, Olu Oyegunle, Buster Sjoberg and Wickham.
