2023 Syracuse Football Home Schedule and Promotions:
Saturday, Sept. 2 – vs. Colgate
The home opener will come vs. the lone in-state foe on Orange's 2023 slate, and also vs. one of its longest standing opponents. Syracuse will celebrate its home state as two of the state's football programs take center stage for I Love New York Day. The football game is a highlight of a weekend that brings visitors from around the state to Central New York, as the Great New York State fair is also hosted in 'Cuse that week.
It'll also be back-to-school weekend in the Dome, celebrating teachers and youth organizations as schools around the state get set to return.
Saturday, Sept. 9 – vs. Western Michigan
Western Michigan's second ever trip to the JMA Dome will be Scout Day. Local scout troops are invited to the game at a discounted group rate. Call 888-DOME-TIX to have your troop be part of the fun.
Saturday, Sept. 23 – vs. Army
Syracuse University will host its 12th annual Military Appreciation Day when Army West Point visits the JMA Dome. The contest on Sept. 23 will be the largest Military Appreciation Day to date and will celebrate the service, contributions, sacrifice and impact of our military veterans and active-duty service members.
Syracuse Athletics honors the military throughout the season as part of the Military Pass program, that provides complimentary tickets to active-duty service members and veterans. It's part of Syracuse University's enduring legacy and ongoing commitment to be the "best place for veterans." Visit Cuse.com/Military to learn more about the program.
Saturday, Sept. 30 – vs. Clemson
A highlight of the fall, Orange Central weekend will welcome thousands of Syracuse alumni back to town for a homecoming weekend. Saturday's football game is the headline event of a fun-filled weekend for those returning to their alma mater. For more information, visit the Orange Central website: Orange Central weekend.
Friday, Nov. 3 – vs. Boston College
Another staple event of the fall, the Boston College game will kick off Family Weekend in Syracuse. While Syracuse students will get the enjoyment of visitors from home, the football team will also be glad for a return to their home. The game will be the first in the JMA Wireless Dome in more than a month, as four road games separate the Clemson and Boston College contests.
Saturday, Nov. 25 – vs. Wake Forest
The final game in the Dome of the season will be Senior Day. Orange student-athletes playing in their final game in the Loud House will be honored and the postgame tradition of the Senior Walk is a great opportunity for fans to interact with their favorite Orange players one last time in the Dome.
It will also be an opportunity for 'Cuse to thank its most dedicated supporters on Fan Appreciation Day. First Responders and Nurses will also be honored at the game.
