Syracuse fans can watch some of their favorite moments from the past year while celebrating the Fourth of July next week.
'Cuse's annual ACC Network takeover falls on the holiday this year, with 24 hours of programming dedicated to some of the top games from the 2022-23 academic year, plus additional school programming.
At midnight, the network will air Syracuse's stop on 3-Day Weekend. The show, which travels to each of the league's college towns, first aired in 2022, with host Jess Roy traveling to some local eateries and other destinations in the area.
The first game on the docket begins at 12:30 a.m. and kicks things off with a thriller, re-airing the football team's fourth-quarter comeback win over Purdue, that was capped by a long touchdown pass from Garrett Shrader to Oronde Gadsden II in the waning seconds of regulation.
The first of a pair of men's soccer games for the ACC and NCAA Champions starts at 3:30 a.m., when Coach McIntyre's squad claimed their first of two titles on the year, defeating Clemson in the ACC Championship.
Men's lacrosse will air from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., airing 'Cuse defeating North Carolina this past season.
A victory by the 'Cuse field hockey team over then No. 4 Rutgers will jumpstart the morning for Orange fans. Airing at 7:30 a.m., the eventual NCAA Quarterfinalists defeated the Scarlet Knights 3-2. That game will lead into volleyball at 9 a.m., in which first-year head coach Bakeer Ganesharatnam claimed his first ACC victory in the conference opener vs. Boston College.
When Syracuse's women's soccer team defeated Cornell in September, it tied the longest win streak in program history. Fans can re-watch that win at 11 a.m.
Another first-year head coach's first ACC win is set to air at 1 p.m. Felisha Legette-Jack led her team to 20 wins in her first season at the helm of her alma mater. Her first victory in league play at 'Cuse came via a 67-58 win over Wake Forest in December.
From 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Orange fans can watch a pair of teams that made the final four in their respective sport last season. The women's lacrosse team, which reached Championship Weekend for the ninth time in its last 15 tries, will have its regular season matchup vs. Stony Brook aired at 3 p.m.
At 5 p.m., fans can relive the first NCAA Championship in Syracuse men's soccer history, with the penalty kicks thriller vs. Indiana replayed on ACC Network.
The Syracuse football victory that propelled 'Cuse to a 6-0 record and into the top-15 of the national polls vs. NC State will air at 7 p.m., followed by the men's basketball team's victory over the Wolfpack at 10 p.m. to conclude the day.
