Syracuse (10-4, 1-2) returns to the JMA Wireless Dome to square off against Boston College (10-4, 1-2) on Wednesday, Jan. 10, at 9 p.m.
SETTING THE STAGE
The two teams enter Wednesday with identical 10-4, 1-2Â records and are victorious in four of their last five contests.

Syracuse has won eight consecutive games at home dating back to the 2022-23 season and have scored 80-or-more points in six of the games in 2023-24.

The Orange have been victorious in the last 10 games of the series and hold a 57-26 advantage in the all-time series with the Golden Eagles. Syracuse swept Boston College in 2022-23 by scores of 79-65 on Dec. 31 at home and 77-68 on Feb. 4 in Chestnut Hill. Wednesday's matchup is the 84th between the two teams. The game will move BC into an eighth-place tie with Niagara on the list of SU's most familiar foes.

Sophomore forward Maliq Brown had a career-best 26 points and logged seven rebounds to lead the Orange at Duke. Sophomore guard Judah Mintz scored 18 points for the third time over a four-game span.

Mintz (19.0 ppg.) is third in the ACC in scoring average and leads the conference in steals per game with 2.29. Mintz is in the top 10 of Division I in free throws (ninth, 94) and free throw attempts (eighth, 120). Brown (9.7 ppg.) is first on the team in rebounds per game with 5.7. Sophomores J.J. Starling (11.6) and Chris Bell (10.3) are the other Syracuse players averaging double figure scoring this season.

Graduate center Quinten Post leads the Golden Eagles in scoring (18.1 ppg.) and rebounds (7.8). Post is tied for sixth in the ACC in scoring and seventh in rebounding. Junior guards Claudell Harris Jr. (15.5), Jaeden Zackery (12.1) and sophomore forward Devin McGlockton (10.4) also average double figures for BC. Zackery is third in the ACC with 62 assists.
