Syracuse (6-8-2, 0-7-1) takes on Miami (4-6-4, 4-2-3) at the SU Soccer Stadium at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday in the final regular-season home match for the Orange.
The Syracuse-Miami Series
The Orange hold an 8-5-1 advantage over the Hurricanes in the all-time series. The Orange earned a 6-2 win at Miami  in the first meeting between the two teams in 1999. Miami claimed the most recent match, 2-1, on their own turf in 2023.
Syracuse Status
The Orange tied NC State last Thursday, 1-1. Erin Flurey scored on a penalty kick for the Orange and Blythe Braun had a season-high nine saves.
Junior goalkeeper Shea Vanderbosch leads the ACC in total saves (84) and saves per game (6.46). She ranks ninth among Division I performers in saves per game.
Flurey (four goals, one assist) is tied with midfielder Ashley Rauch (four goals, one assist) as the squad's leading scorer. Junior forward Ava Uribe (two goals, four assists) is just behind Flurey and Rauch with eight points on the season.

The Hurricanes recorded a 0-0 draw versus Pittsburgh last Thursday.
Freshman forward Giovana Canali leads the team with eight goals, followed by graduate forward Kyla Gallagher with two goals and two assists. Freshman midfielder Ciara Alarcon (1 goal, 4 assists) is tied with Gallagher at six points each.
Redshirt freshman goalkeeper Claireese Foley (0.70 goals-against average, .778 save percentage) has played the full 90 minutes the past four matches.
