
Women's Rowing Announces 2024-25 Schedule

The Syracuse Women's Rowing team announced its fall and spring schedules this week, kicking off with the 59th running of the Head of the Charles Regatta on Oct. 20.
The Orange will make their first west coast trip in several years to face Cal and Stanford at Redwood Shores. The defending ACC Champions will race twice in the fall and seven times this spring, including the ACC and NCAA Championships in May.
Seventh-year head coach Luke McGee will launch his squad's season at the Head of the Charles Regatta in Boston, Mass., and will finish the fall slate with a race against Cornell in Ithaca, N.Y., on November 2nd.
The spring will see the Orange defend their first ACC title in program history, starting with a scrimmage against Virginia in Charlottesville on March 15th, followed by the Big10/ACC/Ivy Duals in Cherry Hill, N.J., on March 22nd.
April will see Syracuse race the Cayuga Cup in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., against Yale and Cornell on April 5th, as well as a new trip to Redwood Shores, Calif., to race new ACC opponents Stanford and Cal on April 12th and 13th. SU will close out the month against Princeton, Tennessee, and Ohio State in Princeton, N.J. on April 26th.
The ACC Championship will be held on May 17th in Clemson, S.C., on Lake Hartwell. The NCAA Championship is set for May 31 in West Windsor, N.J., on Lake Mercer at Mercer County Park.
