Syracuse (20-10, 11-8 ACC) looks to extend its win streak to five as it concludes the regular season at Clemson (20-9, 10-8) on Tuesday, March 5 at 7 p.m. in the Littlejohn Coliseum.

SETTING THE STAGE
The Orange have powered to 11 wins in ACC contests for the first time since posting a 14-4 league mark in 2013-14. Syracuse has won four straight and has averaged 85.3 points over the streak.

The Tigers were victorious in three straight contests before losing at Notre Dame, 69-62, last Saturday.

THE SYRACUSE-CLEMSON SERIES
Syracuse hopes to avenge its loss to Clemson earlier this season in the latter half of their home-and-home series on Tuesday. Clemson claimed victory at the JMA Wireless Dome, 77-68, on February 10. The Tigers own a 9-6 edge in the all-time series. Syracuse last defeated Clemson, 91-78, on Jan. 18, 2022.

Syracuse has five players who average double-digit scoring in ACC outings this season: Mintz (17.3 ppg.), Starling (14.6), Bell (12.3), sophomore swingman Quadir Copeland (10.5) and Brown (10.4). Mintz ranks second among ACC performers in season scoring average (18.7 ppg.). He and Starling have combined to average 32.37 points per contest, which ranks second among ACC backcourts.

Brown leads the squad in rebound average with 6.9 boards per affair. In ACC outings, he averages 7.7 rebounds per game. Brown paces the conference in steals per game this season with 2.23. If he finishes atop the ACC in steals average, he will be the first center to lead the conference in the category since the stat was first tracked in 1977. Mintz trails Brown for second in the ACC with 2.17 steals per outing.

Senior center PJ Hall ranks third in the ACC with 18.6 points per game and leads three Tigers who average over 10 points per game. The other two are graduate guard Joseph Girard III (15.6 ppg.) and senior guard Chase Hunter (12.3). Junior forward Ian Schieffelin (9.7 ppg.) ranks second in the conference with 9.5 boards per affair and paces the squad that is second in the ACC in defensive rebounds per game (27.9). Girard is third in Division I and leads the conference in free throw percentage with .951 percent (98-of-103). He is also effective from long range as he ranks third in the ACC in 3-pointers per game (3.0) and second in 3-point percentage (.426).
