5/30/2024 1:22:00 PM | Football
With less than 100 days until the Syracuse football team kicks off, Orange fans can start planning their weekends in the JMA Wireless Dome, as five of the team's kick times were announced on Thursday.
In conjunction with the ACC, ESPN announced its early season and weeknight game times for the 2024 season, with Syracuse's first four opponents and its Thursday night trip to Pittsburgh included in the selections.
The opening game of the Fran Brown era of 'Cuse football will kickoff at 3:30 p.m. on ACC Network when Ohio visits the Dome. The first ACC contest will come a week later, when Georgia Tech travels to the Loud House for a Noon kickoff on ACCN.
ESPN will broadcast a Friday, Sept. 20 matchup with Stanford. The first meeting between the two programs will kickoff at 7:30 p.m., on the 44th anniversary of the first game played in the JMA Wireless Dome.
A week later, Holy Cross and 'Cuse will play at Noon on ACCNX.
After two road games (at UNLV and at NC State), the Orange will conclude their longest road swing of the season on Thursday night game at Acrisure Stadium against Pitt, which will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. and be televised on ESPN.
The new era of 'Cuse football also comes with the next phase of the JMA Wireless Dome, as chairback seating is being installed throughout the venue this summer. The reseat process is currently underway and fans can still purchase season tickets at Cuse.com/Tickets to be part of the action.
