Men’s Soccer Defeats St. Bonaventure in Exhibition

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Goals from Michael Acquah and Sachiel Ming helped Syracuse men's soccer earn an 2-1 win over St. Bonaventure in the team's first of three exhibition contests.
SBU opened the game's scoring in the 18th minute, securing an early 1-0 edge over the Orange.
Acquah then broke through for 'Cuse to equalize the contest at one.
In the 101st minute of play, Ming put the ball in the back of the net to put the Orange ahead, and the score would remain the same for the rest of play.
'Cuse returns to the pitch on Tuesday, August 13, when it hosts Marist in exhibition play. The match will kickoff at 6 p.m.
Syracuse will then travel to Piscataway, N.J. to face Rutgers in its final exhibition of the preseason on Saturday, August 17.
