Six-Seed Syracuse vs. Three-Seed Wake Tuesday

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Seeding is set for the 2025 ACC Field Hockey Tournament, hosted next week at Louisville's Trager Stadium.

Finishing the season with a 3-5 record in ACC play, with all five setbacks coming as one goal decisions, ninth-ranked Syracuse will be the number six seed for the upcoming tournament. The Orange draw a rematch with Co-Regular Season Champion Wake Forest, the ACC Tournament's three seed.

Game time for the second match of the year between the Orange and the Demon Deacons is set for 6 p.m. to wrap up Quarterfinal action at Trager Stadium. The winner of the Syracuse/Wake Forest game will play the winner of second-seeded Virginia against seventh-seeded Stanford. Semifinal games are slated for 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. at Trager.

Admission is free to the ACC Field Hockey Tournament games this year. All seven games of the ACC Tournament will air on ACC Network with Leah Secondo and Suzanne Bush on the call for television.
