Diggs Posts One of Fastest 40s on Thursday at Combine

Defensive end Fadil Diggs shined on the first day of the NFL Combine, testing as one of the best defensive linemen in Indianapolis.
Diggs ran a 4.57 40-yard dash, the third-fastest overall time among players testing as defensive ends/tackles and edge players. His 10-yard split was 1.6 seconds.
Diggs also had a broad jump of 10' 1" and had a vertical jump of 30.5 inches.
The day began with official measurements. His height was 6047 (6-foot-4 and 7/8) and he weighed in at 257 lbs. His arm measured 33 and 3/8 inches and his hand was 10 and 3/8 inches.
He'll compete in the bench press on Friday.
All-five Syracuse players will be doing something at the combine on Friday. In addition to Diggs' bench press, Oronde Gadsden II and Alijah Clark will participate in on-field testing and drills. Meanwhile, Kyle McCord and LeQuint Allen Jr. will have their media interview sessions. All the action is on NFL Network beginning at 3 p.m.
