Syracuse and Toledo Add Future Football Series

Syracuse and Toledo have scheduled a future football series that will bring the Rockets to the JMA Wireless Dome in 2026, before heading to the Glass Bowl in 2029.
'Cuse has played Toledo three times previously, owning a 3-0 record against the Rockets. The series began in 1999 with a 35-12 victory at Toledo, and continued in 2003 and 2011 with two more SU wins inside the Dome.
The addition of Toledo completes the 2026 schedule, by adding another quality opponent. The Rockets have finished .500 or better in 15-straight seasons.
In addition to Toledo, Notre Dame and New Hampshire are also visiting the Dome in the 2026 non-conference slate, as well as ACC foes Clemson, Cal, Louisville and SMU. The Orange will face UConn, North Carolina, Boston College, Virginia and Pitt on the road.
 Syracuse enters the 2025 season coming off a 10-win campaign and a top-20 finish in the final poll. The Orange open the season on Aug. 30 at Tennessee. Tickets for that matchup and season tickets for an exciting slate in the Dome are on sale now at Cuse.com/Tickets.
