Syracuse Places 11 On All-ACC Softball Academic Team

The Syracuse University softball team had 11 student-athletes earn a spot on the 2025 ACC All-Academic Team. Honorees were announced on Thursday, July 10.
Orange players who were recognized included Kelly Breen, Jadyn Burney, Lauren Fox, Tessa Galipeau, Madison Knight, Gabrielle Lantier, Laila Morales-Alves, Taylor Posner, Angela Ramos, Sophia Taliaferro and Julianna Verni.
To qualify, student-athletes needed a 3.0 grade-point-average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative grade-point-average. Players must have participated in at least 50 percent of their team's contests (20 percent for pitchers).
