Women's Basketball Season Opener Announced

The Orange are coming off a 24-9 season in 2025-26, going 12-6 in ACC play and advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Syracuse returns five players from last year's squad, headlined by ACC Freshman of the Year Uche Izoje, who enters her sophomore campaign as one of the league's rising stars.
Sacred Heart finished 2025-26 at 13-18 overall and 10-10 in the MAAC and had its season come to an end in the MAAC Tournament quarterfinals. The Pioneers are led by Jessica Mannetti, who begins her 14th season at the helm in 2026-27.
The full 2026-27 Syracuse schedule will be announced at a later date including game times and broadcast information.
