Women's Basketball School Day Scheduled for Dec. 18

Syracuse women's basketball will welcome Bucknell to the JMA Wireless Dome on Thursday, Dec. 18, at 10 a.m. for the program's annual School Day Game, an event that brings thousands of local students into the Dome for a morning of college basketball. A strong School Day crowd could shatter the record for the best-attended School Day Game in program history, a mark set in 2023 when 9,109 fans packed the Dome to watch Syracuse take on Saint Francis. Admission to the JMA Wireless Dome for School Day is free.Â
The mid-December game will be just the third all-time meeting between Syracuse and Bucknell, with the Orange having won both previous matchups. Syracuse topped the Bison 70-56 in the first meeting on Nov. 18, 2018, and most recently earned a 65-48 victory on Nov. 25, 2022, at the JMA Wireless Dome.
