On making decision to attend Syracuse:
"When I came to Syracuse on my last official visit, I got to spend time with some of the players and coaches. Basically what the coaches were telling me, I was getting from the players, too. I felt like the coaches weren't telling me these things because they want me to come to school here, it was because they were telling me the truth. It was those things and talking to Coach Pasqualoni, seeing the environment, and having the chance to look around. Also, ninety-two percent of their student-athletes graduated."
Goals after school and football: "If I had the chance to play in the NFL, I would. For something to fall back on, I would like to get into criminology."
