Senior Year (1993): Played in all 11 games and started in nine of them…led the team in rushing yards during the season and in eight of 11 games…recorded career-best 526 yards on 104 carries for a 5.1 average…rushed for 75 yards on nine carries and also caught three balls for 18 yards and a TD vs. Ball State…had a career day at Texas registering personal bests with 17 carries and 102 rushing yards…ran for 64 yards on 10 carries and one TD vs. Cincinnati to add to his 30 receiving yards…returned five kickoffs for 73 yards…764 all-purpose yards on the year.
Junior Year (1992): Played in 11 games and finished 2nd on the team with 336 yards…averaged a career-high 5.5 yards per carry…season-high 86 yards vs. Ohio State on 11 carries…ran for 63 yards on 7 carries vs. Colorado in the Fiesta Bowl…gained 53 yards and scored a TD vs. East Carolina…26-yard run vs. Ohio State was the longest of his career…428 all-purpose yards on the year…suffered a strained knee ligament vs. West Virginia and missed the Temple game.
Sophomore Year (1991): Played in all 12 games…did not enjoy the kind of season he had as a freshman, but had a big game in SU’s upset win over #5 Florida, with a game-high 85 yards on 14 carries…2nd on the team in rushing with 341 yards on 82 carries for a 4.2 average…also caught eight balls for 80 yards and had seven kickoff returns for 136 yards…558 all-purpose yards on the year on 97 plays…season-long run of 16 yards vs. West Virginia…top kickoff return of 30 yards vs. Florida State.
Freshman Year (1990): One of only four players on the roster who did not sit out a redshirt season…did not play until the fifth game of the season, but still finished with the 4th highest rushing total for a Orange freshman…played in nine games and was 2nd on the team with 320 yards on 60 carries for a 5.3 average…started vs. West Virginia when David Walker was injured and had a career-high 93 yards and a TD on 14 carries…had 75 yards on nine carries the week before vs. Tulane…had 83 all-purpose yards vs. Arizona in the Aloha Bowl, rushing five times for 38 yards and catching a 47-yard touchdown pass.
High School: SuperPrep All-American…Broward County Player of the Year…first team All-State…Greater Fort Lauderdale Touchdown Club Player of the Year…selected to play in the Florida-Georgia All-Star Game…rushed for 995 yards as a senior.
