Vic Ross played both soccer and lacrosse at Syracuse University. He was a two-time All-American and helped the 1923 Syracuse team win the International Lacrosse Trophy in Great Britain. Ross was inducted into the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 1962.
Career: Played for the New Rochelle Lacrosse team and the Brooklyn Lacrosse Club…Officiated lacrosse for 26 years…Coached for two years at Syracuse and Brooklyn.
Senior Year (1923): Selected as a first-team All-American.
Junior Year (1922): Selected as a first-team All-American.
Personal: Born on November 13, 1900...Attended Bridgeport High School…Received LLB degree from Syracuse Law School in 1924…Helped organize the Box Lacrosse League…died in 1974.
