At SU: Rowed during the 1988-91 seasons ... Three-year member of varsity eight ... Recieved the David D. Godfrey Award in 1990, which is given to the oarsmen that best represents leadership, dedication and friendship ... Led the team to an undefeated regular season and a 3rd place finish at the IRA his junior year ... Elected co-captain his senior year ... Named the freshmen coach at SU in 1999 ... Remained at the position until 2003.
Personal: Earned his bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering in 1991 ... Recieved his master's degree in manufacturing engineering in 1995 ... Married to Kyran and has two daughters, Maizy and Chloe.
International Competition: A two-time member of the Junior National Team in 1986 and 1987 ... Won the silver medal as a member of the eight at the Junior World Championships both years ... Member of the Pan Am eight in 1991 ... Traveled to Havana, Cuba, and captured a silver medal.
