Offensive Coordinator Rob Spence

What are your thoughts so far on the offense line and the system?
“I think at every position there are different issues, so it's hard to locate just one. But every position has its own, special challenge."
If there is a strength to this offense? What do you feel it is so far?
“I think the work ethic has been a strength so far. You slowly see them coming together as a unit and the team atmosphere that Coach Marrone is building here is something that the team has bought into greatly right now."
Are you happy with the skill of the running backs, the wide receivers? Do you have something to work with that's encouraging?
"I think the players are developing in that area and we will end up being very, very skilled. It takes a while to learn how to throw and catch and to do some of the things that we're doing. It takes some time, but, from what I've seen so far, it's been outstanding."
How much of your system have you gotten it?
“We've probably have implemented about 15-25% of what we're going to do. Right now, just the procedure, the mechanics and the operation of the offense. It takes a long time to get comfortable with, so we're really at that stage more than anything right now."
