Friends of SU Soccer
Dear SU Soccer Fan:
As soccer enthusiasts we all share a common bond. We are all passionate about the game and love the sport of soccer. Our players and staff get to express that on a daily basis in their training and effort in games. As a team we are driven by those who follow us, the fans and families, to “Be Extraordinary”.
We are fortunate to have an Athletic Director and University that provides us with the opportunity to achieve greatness. The opportunities that are provided in the way of scholarships, facilities and equipment allow us to compete on a daily basis and meet the rigorous demands of the BIG EAST Conference. These opportunities show a commitment by SU to provide our student-athletes with the tools they need to succeed.
We, the Women’s and Men’s Soccer programs, are committed to giving you, the fan, the best soccer experience possible when you come to see us play. While results may not always go our way we will do our utmost to compete and make you proud. As part of the soccer experience at SU, we realize that enhancing the SU Soccer Stadium has to be a priority. We would like to create an exciting soccer environment that would allow you, the fan, to experience our games in a professional and intimate setting. With that in mind, our programs would like to purchase advertising boards that would enclose the pitch and also bring the crowd closer to the action, giving you the ultimate soccer experience and enhancing the soccer specific atmosphere.
We would like to ask our supporters to join our efforts to further elevate the SU Soccer Program by joining “Friends of Syracuse Soccer”. This is a program that will annually assist our consistent pursuit of excellence both on and off the field. We are excited to offer SU Soccer benefits to those individuals supporting our team and would like to recognize those generous donors in a number of ways, as seen in our brochure.
As Head Coach of the Women’s Program, I would like to thank you in advance for your generosity in donating a gift in support of Syracuse Soccer. Your support WILL make a difference in our program and WILL enhance the student-athlete experience while providing the necessary funding required to ensure the future success of Syracuse Soccer. We are proud to represent Syracuse University and consider it a privilege to play for you. We will do our best to honor your support with our performance on and off the field.
