in writing) to be represented by an agent for the purpose ofÂ
marketing his or her athletics ability or reputation in that sport.Â
In addition, an individual shall be ineligible for participationÂ

end of the season or when the student-athlete has exhausted hisÂ
or her eligibility.
Further, an agency contract not specifically limited in writingÂ
to a sport or particular sports shall be deemed applicable to allÂ
sports, and the individual shall be ineligible to participate in anyÂ
sport.
