SU Students:
After reviewing the film of our 54-0 victory against Wagner in the Dome last weekend, one thing was VERY clear. The key to our win was the overwhelming support and energy we got from the Student Section! The team fed off the enthusiasm our students generated and the result was a convincing victory.
As we prepare for a solid Tulane team, there's no question in my mind that we need that same type of support to be successful. To ensure that backing, the athletics department
has announced that all Syracuse University students will get free admission to the Tulane game on Saturday. We want to FILL THE STUDENT SECTION.
I understand that many of you may already have season tickets or a ticket to that game -- thank you for that. You will be able to receive a football ticket to any of the remaining games or a ticket to a non-conference men's basketball game.
Nothing would help our team more than a FULL and LOUD student section on Saturday.
Come to the Dome and be our 12th man against Tulane!
