ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES
The Dome utilizes an assistive listening device system at non-concert events which augments the facility's public address system for patrons with hearing loss. Patrons may stop by Guest Services (Lower Concourse across from Aisle 107) to obtain small, comfortable headsets at no charge.
ELEVATORS
The Dome has one passenger and one service elevator. Both elevators are located in the Southwest corner. The elevator can be accessed at the following locations:
There are three wheel-chair accessible entrances: Gate A, C, and G. An elevator is located just behind the Box Office at Gate B that provides access to the Upper Concourse.
An interpreter is available for select events. Please contact the Box Office for specific information on the event for which you are interested.

Season Passes: SKYTOP, IRV, ARCH
Individual Game Paid Parking: Skytop, Manley North
Gate A passenger drop-off passes due to medical necessity are available as needed through the Dome Box Office. For more information, contact the Box Office at 888-DOME-TIX.
SEATING (WHEELCHAIR & COMPANION)
There are designated areas within the Dome for patrons that accommodate both wheelchairs and limited-mobility seating (those who cannot climb many stairs or walk long distances).

Upper Level; Aisles 245 & 250
SERVICE ANIMALS
Certified service animals are welcome at the Dome. All other animals are prohibited.
TICKET PURCHASES
For patrons who need wheelchair-access seating, there is a purchase limit of two (2) tickets per the event: one for the patron in need of that seating, and one companion. However, the patron may purchase up to two (2) additional companion seats in nearby areas, as available. Please make arrangements in advance with the Dome Box Office. For patrons with disabilities who wish to purchase tickets at the Box Office during regular business hours, they may enter through Stadium Control and take the elevator to the Lower Concourse and Box Office.

WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE
Fans requiring special assistance to reach their seats can request a wheelchair transport from Gate A before and after an event. Please note that the Dome cannot store a person's wheelchair during an event.
WILL CALL
The Box Office will-call windows at Gate B are not wheelchair accessible from the outside. When you purchase tickets in advance, the Box Office can have those tickets available at the outside ticket booth at Gate A or C for pickup (photo ID required).

- Gate A, located on the South side of the stadium, has an airlock entrance, and is where a disabled shuttle bus drops off and picks up.
- Gate C, located on the Northwest corner of the stadium, has an airlock entrance, and is near the walkway from the Irving Garage.
- Gate G, located on the Southeast corner of the stadium (just east of Gate A), has an airlock entrance, and is a location that the shuttle bus picks up.
