Christopher Kirkpatrick is in his second year as a graduate assistant for offense. Kirkpatrick came to Syracuse in June 2015 from Hoffman Estates High School, where he was the varsity offensive line coach and a substitute teacher.Â

In 2013 and 2014, Kirkpatrick was a graduate assistant at North Central College (Ill.), mentoring the offensive line and tight ends. There, Kirkpatrick worked with four all-conference performers, three all-region selections and one All-American. The Cardinals posted a 21-3 record in his two seasons and advanced to the NCAA Division III national semifinals in 2013.Â

A three-year starter for Elmhurst College at center, Kirkpatrick played for former SU offensive coordinator Tim Lester and was a 2012 All-College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) First Team selection.
Kirkpatrick received his bachelor’s degree in history from Elmhurst in 2013.
